A comeback for Australia's favourite koala

Blinky Bill, one of Australia’s most loved children’s book characters, will once again delight readers young and old and new in this new edition, which combines three of Dorothy Wall’s classic tales.

Featuring a new-look cover, The Complete Adventures of Blinky Bill combines Blinky Bill (first published in 1933), Blinky Bill Grows Up (1934) and Blinky Bill and Nutsy (1937).

This new paperback edition of a cherished Australian classic will bring to life the wonderful world of Blinky Bill for today’s generation.

Dorothy Wall wrote and illustrated 13 books, six of them about Blinky Bill.

She also drew a comic strip and designed novelty toys featuring the little koala.

She illustrated five books by other writers and provided hundreds of drawings for newspapers and magazines, especially for children. She died at the young age of 48.

The Complete Adventures of Blinky Bill will be published by HarperCollins on 14 September at an RRP of $14.99.
