One popular option ideal for festive events is the restaurant's recently introduced Saké Discovery Sessions, designed to provide guests with the chance to expand their appreciation of Japan's national beverage. Priced at $40 per person, each session includes three delicious tasting spoons created by Chef Shaun and all perfectly matched to three different sakes, with one of our sake experts talking you through each tasting. These unique sessions make the perfect pre-dinner experience and advance bookings are essential.

Private Dining Rooms:

To ensure that you can enjoy both the buzz of the restaurant and the luxury of a little privacy, Saké Restaurant & Bar Sydney has four Private Dining Rooms:

• The Cherry and Blossom Rooms both seat eight and are divided by slatted wooden walls that look onto the hustle and bustle of the kitchen.

• The Bonsai Room seats 20 at a large communal table and has screened sliding doors for added privacy plus a TV screen and audio equipment.

• The Kampai Room seats 34 and can be divided into a number of different configurations to suit individual requirements.
